It is a textile machine whose primary function is to dry and stabilize the dimensions of the fabric.

Stenter performance

A stenter is a device used to finish wide-width fabrics. The fabric is run through the machine and its dimensions are stabilized for this function. The fabric is transported along the stenter after the edges of the cloth are taken from both sides by clips or needles (which are placed on the chain). On request, the distance between the two chains, which is actually the breadth of the cloth, can be altered.

The stenter machine performs the following functions:

1- Applying complementing chemicals to the fabric, such as emollients, antistatic agents, deepening agents, and so on.

2- Drying and changing the fabric’s tension

3- Thermal stability (width and length of fabric)

4- Modifying the fabric’s grammage

Details about the stenter machine:

Inlet J-Scray: The fabric enters the machine through this section, which also contains the feed supply with intake, the traction part, the traction rollers, and the pressure. The upper rollers of the machine are critical in ensuring that the fabric is fed evenly throughout the stenter machine.

Technical description of the stenting machine made by Rasa Tajhiz Raya:

1. Dimensions:180 to 320 cm wide.
2. We can make 1 to 10 cabins according to the customer’s order.
3. Temperature control is done by PLC and HMI with the lowest percentage of temperature change.
4. Types of rails and chains are horizontal and vertical.
5. Width control is fully automatic.
6. The movement of chain and separate clips are programmed and controlled by SEW gearbox motor without the slightest error.
7. The heating ducts of air ducts are completely updated. In addition, the indoor air can be controlled.
8. Each room has 4 ventilators and a controllable drive.
9. Foulard of the machine are controlled by a software. According to the customer’s order, 1 to 2 Foulard can be run. 
10. At the input of the HMI machine, with dimensions of 15 inches, for controlling the center and at the output also HMI with dimensions of 10 inches there is a stenter output.for controlling.
11. Fabric warp and fabric control can be Mahloo model is made manually or fully automatically according to the customer’s order.
12. All parts used in the electrical panel are of Schneider brand.
